I've been following the SL viewer update issues.
Using my most stable viewer (Emerald)
When I tp'd over to the start at GGYC,
I got coughed out of SL.
I then needed to download the newest version,
which omg is now taking -- so far -- 36 minutes...
(my connection benchmarks at 26 down, 24 up)
I love this place.
