Do you always sail your best?

Maybe sometimes you don’t care? Or is it the look of the new sailor’s face, when they just beat an old salt and know they can do it again?

Even as a sailorette with average skills I'm sailing much better than my computer/connection allows. So why bother sailing my best?
Besides, it's pretty hard to not sail your best. Just keep sail to 50% of wind angle = perfect. :P

I don't know really. Sometimes I am really motivated and focused and then my internet connection lets me down. Some days I don't bother and just sail around and I do pretty well. The thing is.. I find that the lack of reliability I have experienced for a long time now, on the side of the platform, my frequent ISP and routing issues, have had their toll on my competitive instincts. Good for others though ;)

Mostly I sail better when I am facing some other sailors in particular. For instance, meeting Miwha Masala in a Fizz event is generally a way to get me focused.

I have no idea, the things I do or say are usually without a reason.
